About the Recipe

Ingredients
200 ml Whipped cream,
1/2 tsp Vanilla powder,
250 g quark,
300 ml carrot juice,
one fresh orange juice,
1 tsp agave syrup,
a pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Whip the cream with the vanilla powder until fluffy
Step 2
Carefully mix in the quark and put the cream into a colander covered with a kitchen towel and store it in the fridge over night.
Step 3
Blend the carrot juice, orange juice, agave syrup and cinnamon and put it aside
Step 4
Put the vanilla cream in 6 bowls ( glasses) and pour the carrot soup on the top,
Step 5
Serve immediately
