About the Recipe

Ingredients
370 g red lentils
960 ml store- bought spicy tomato sauce
1200 ml water
4 tbsp. roasted pumpkin seeds
120ml plant based yogurt (2 percent fat)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Combine lentils, tomato sauce, and water in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and let it simmer on low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
Step 2
Mix smoothly with a stick mixer.
Step 3
Season with salt and chili flakes, Ad more water for increased liquid texture.
Step 4
Finish with yogurt and pumpkin seeds on top.
